Telepsychiatry
All appointments take place utilizing telepsychiatry. I use a HIPAA compliant, user friendly platform to see patients in the comfort of their homes. Communication occurs through email, and through our confidential patient portal. I have been seeing patients through telepsychiatry since 2018 and find this platform to work beautifully for psychiatric and mental health care.
Diagnostic Evaluation and Medication Management
There are multiple options for treating mental health issues. Healthy diets, exercise, support and therapy. In addition, psychopharmacology can play an important role in the treatment of mental illness, depression, anxiety, and more. I provide evidence based recommendations and education.
